Margaret Sims Stephens, age 84 of Pelzer, SC passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born August 8, 1934 in Liberty, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie David Moore and the late Ella McGaha Moore. She retired from Milliken with 37 years of service and was a member of Whitefield Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Sims and her late husband, Roy A. Stephens. She is survived by her son, Teddy Sims (Georgia); daughter Terry Starnes (Tommy); four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
