MARIE WELLS BARRETT December 11, 1920 - May 31, 2008 ANDERSON, SCMrs. Marie Wells Barrett, age 87, formerly of Anderson, died Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Abbeville Area Medical Center in Abbeville, SC.Born in Anderson, SC on December 11, 1920, Mrs. Barrett was a daughter of the late Silas Robert Wells and Edna Merrett Wells. She was a former employee of Toxaway Mills and retired from Ellenburg Nursing Home. Survivors include three grandchildren, Steve and Joey Barrett and Valarie Marie Donalds; two sisters, Rosa Lee Freeman and Katherine Lewis and brother, William Wells. Entombment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Anderson.A message of condolence may be sent to the family by visitingwww.mcdougaldfuneralhome.comThe McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
