RICHARDSON February 21, 1942 - July 2, 2008ANDERSON, SCMarion Campbell Beatty Richardson, age 66 died Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at her residence.Born in Seneca, SC on February 21, 1942, she was the daughter of the late W. J. Campbell and Thelma Martin Campbell of Seneca, SC. She was a member of Varennes Heights Baptist Church where she served as a past Sunday School Teacher and Church Clerk. She was a member of the Moose Lodge #2190 and The Order of the Eastern Star. Marion was employed by The McDougald Cemeteries at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens for 19 years as a bookkeeper.In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, J. Scott Beatty and his wife, Meshell of Yulee, FL, Michael G. Beatty and his wife, Dana of Anderson; two daughters, Melissa B. Jermyn and her husband, Carl of Starr, SC; Kristi S. Beatty of Circleville, OH and her father, James E. Beatty of Anderson; brother-in-law, Randell Welborn of Anderson; special acquaintance, Cecil H. Richardson; sisters, Betty Clark and her husband, Furman of Seneca, SC, Jakeanna 'Jakie' Harrington and her husband, Randy of Lawrenceville, GA, and seven grandchildren, Aimee and Marissa Beatty, Jonathan and Jeremy Keeney, Michael Beatty, Kayla Truax and Jacob Jermyn.Her father and a sister, Kathryn C. Welborn preceded her in death.The Funeral Service will be held on 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 6, 2008 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Ronnie Wald. Entombment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
