Marjorie Dean Bohannon Roberts, age 88, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018, at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Louisville, KY, on February 14, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Virginia Larimore Bohannon. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her children, Tony Roberts (Ginger), of Easley, SC, Zaritta Roberts, of Townville, SC, and Dinah Annett (Ed), of Louisville, KY; a son-in-law, John Pyles, of Sebring, FL; grandchildren, Erick Roberts (Abby), Jeremy Roberts (Adrian), Litisha Pyles, Jennifer Gardner (Darcy), and Hannah Canfield; great-grandchildren, Nash, Liam, and Crosby Roberts and one on the way, and Jarrod Pyles, Christen Cordell (Cody). In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Foster Roberts; a daughter, Belinda Pyles, two grandchildren, Joshua and Sarah Moninger; and brothers, Junior and Kenneth Bohannon. The Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 1:00 pm at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Reverend Dave Shorter officiating. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
