Mark Ervin Duncan, age 61, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Condor Health Anderson. Born August 4, 1961, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Mack Gary Duncan and Mamie Sue Norwood Duncan. He is survived by his son, Matthew Waters; and sisters, Beverly J. Selman of Lexington, SC, and Vicki L. Sutherland of Anderson, SC. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
