Martha Brown Blume, age 64 of Anderson, SC passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born January 23, 1953, in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Harold Brown and the late Mary Lou White Brown. She was a member of Belmont Church of God of Prophecy. She loved church and enjoyed her Seniors Sunday school class. She also loved her animals, washing clothes, a clean house and was an amazing cook. She is survived by her husband, Roger Dale Blume; daughters, Vicky Cobb (Brock) of Anderson, SC and Jean Todd (Wayne) of Iva, SC; brothers, James Brown of Anderson, SC, Doug Brown of Iva, SC, Danny Brown of Williamston, SC; Roger Brown of Anderson, SC and Timmy Brown of Seneca, SC; sisters, Debbie Epps of Belton, SC, Wanda Kilgore of Anderson, SC, and Jeanette Vaughn; and her four grandchildren that she dearly loved. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three sisters and one brother. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday, October 5, 2017 at The McDougald Funeral Home. A service will be at 12:30 pm Friday, October 6, 2017 at Belmont Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Alan Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
