Martha Wright Boggs, 86, of 115 Boxwood Lane, Anderson, SC passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Iva Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Born March 16, 1933 in Honea Path, SC, she was a daughter of the late Humphrey and Ethel Nelson Wright. She was also preceded in death by brother, Billy Wright. She was a member of Barker's Creek Baptist Church. Martha is survived by her son, Tom Boggs, Jr. (Dana) of Honea Path, SC; sister, Mildred Kay of Honea Path, SC; two grandchildren, Blake Fortner (Amy) and Blair Fortner and great grandchild, Sammy Strickland; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, March 22, 2019 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
