Mary Cole Bullock, age 77, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Stephens County Hospital. Born in Anderson County on June 20, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Moss Robert Cole and the late Edna Grace Lackey Cole. She worked in textiles and various restaurants for most of her career, later she became a beautician and owned her own salon. Mary was a member of Iva Pentecostal Holiness Chuch. She is survived by her children, Julius Oneal "Neal" Aldrich and his wife Darlene, of Lavonia, GA, Charles Robert "Bobby" Aldrich and his wife Robin, of Martin, GA, Enoch Dexter "Dickie" Aldrich, of Lavonia, GA, and Millie Jane Piggot, of Sumter, SC; two brothers, Stanley Cole, of Belton, SC and Sidney Cole, of Pelzer, SC; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren; and eight great-great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Julius Oneal Aldrich and her second husband, Joseph Vernon Bullock. The family will gather for a time of visitation and receiving of friends on Friday, June 24th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at The McDougald Funeral Home.
