MARY MC CLURE BUSBY June 1, 1912 - December 17, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Mary Elizabeth McClure Busby, age 94, of 111 Cobblestone Court and formerly of Westminster, SC, wife of the late John Rayford Busby died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at her residence.Born in Anderson, SC on June 1, 1912, Mrs. Busby was a daughter of the late Clifton M. McClure, Sr., and Bessie Bee McClure. She attended Anderson College and was a loving mother, devoted grandmother and homemaker. She was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church.Survivors include her son, John Busby, Jr., and his wife, Deborah of Anderson, SC; daughters, Mary 'Bess' McIntyre and her husband, Pete of Anderson, SC, Anna Pittman and her husband, Ron of Greensboro, NC and Louise Busby McClure and her husband, Tripp of Westminster, SC; a sister, Louise Willimon of Beaufort, SC and nine granddaughters, Elizabeth McIntyre Fairchilds, Marianna Pittman, Kathryn Pittman, Marett McClure, Emily Busby Metts, Ashley McClure, Stephanie McIntyre, Laura McClure and Jane McClure.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers.A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 3:00 pm at Saint Joseph Catholic Church officiated by the Reverend Father James N. Dubrouillet.
