Mary Doris Drye Fields, age 73, of Williamston, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown.

Born October 19, 1953, in Salisbury, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charles Aaron Drye and Mildred A. Suttle Drye. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Monica Ann Mack; and sister, Dianne Skidmore.

Mary was kind and loving woman who was always willing to help others. She enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling, camping and she loved cats. Mary will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Harry Fields, Jr.; brother, Banks Aaron Drye; son-in-law, Terence Mack; granddaughters, Chelsea Bowman and Cassea Ford; niece, Janet Canpie;
