Miss Mary Loretta Gray, age 47, of 520 Craft McGee Road, Iva, SC, passed away on Friday, August 08, 2008 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Anderson County on September 26, 1960, Miss Gray was the daughter of Shirley Ann Smith Gray and the late Milton Gray, Jr. She was a joy to her family and the many friends that knew her. She attended Poplar Spring Baptist Church.In addition to her mother of the home, she is survived by a brother, Steve 'Doc' Gray, also of the home. Many loving and caring aunts, uncles and cousins, also survive her. The funeral service will be held at Poplar Spring Baptist Church on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. with the Reverend Billy Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Miss Gray will be placed in the church at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home, Anderson between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2008.The family will be at the home of Jackie and Clara Machen, 635 Old Bell Road, Iva, SC.Flowers are optional.
