MARY FRANCES HARE February 14, 1925 - December 3, 2012 CLEMSON, SC Mary Frances Hare, age 87, of Clemson Downs, Clemson, SC, passed away at her residence on Monday, December 3, 2012. Born in Townville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Joe Berry Broyles and the late Joe Ann Broyles. She was the loving and devoted wife of over 50 years to the late James Wright Hare, Jr. until his death in 2001. She was a homemaker and an enthusiastic flower gardener. She particularly loved her roses. Mary was a charter member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Mary is survived by a sister, Margaret Broyles Pruitt of Townville, SC; a nephew, Joe Broyles Pruitt, Sr. of Savannah, GA; and a great-nephew, Joe Broyles Pruitt, Jr. of Katy, TX. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Nash Broyles. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 3:00 pm with Reverend Paul Frey officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm.
