MARY KNOTTS January 15, 1946 - April 29, 2007ANDERSON, SCMrs. Mary Ann Spearman Knotts, age 61, wife of Thomas S. Knotts of 3000 Little Creek Drive, Anderson, SC, died Sunday, April 29, 2007 at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in Liberty, SC on January 15, 1946, Mrs. Knotts was a daughter of the late Norman W. Spearman and Mary Lillie Hamby Spearman. She was an employee of T. L. Hanna High School, was an avid gardener and loved sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a faithful member of Riverside Baptist Church for 31 years.Survivors include her husband, Thomas S. Knotts of the home; sons, Thomas S. Knotts II of Lexington, SC, Staff Sgt. Joseph Evander Knotts III (US ARMY) and his wife, Sarah, currently stationed at Fort Hood, TX, David Franklin Knotts and his wife, Amy of Anderson, SC and Matthew E. Knotts and his wife, Dana of Belton, SC, John Paul Fretwell of Anderson, SC; brothers, Albert Spearman of Georgia and James Spearman of Seneca, SC; sisters, Eula Blakely of Columbia, SC, Mildred Harth and Sarah Wheeler, both of Seneca, SC. Twelve grandchildren, Tara Mize, Alena Knotts, Paige Knotts, Christina Knotts, MyKala Knotts, Joseph 'Joey' Knotts, Walter 'Bear' Knotts, Bianka Knotts, Jesse Knotts, A'zariah Knotts, Saadiah Knotts and Hadassah Knotts. Several nieces and nephews also survive.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2007 at 11:00 am at Riverside Baptist Church with the Reverend Mike Fitzpatrick officiating.
