MARY T. LECROY FEBRUARY 22, 1922 - MAY 18, 2013 TOWNVILLE, SC Mary Tinsley LeCroy, age 91, wife of the late Arthur Otto LeCroy, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Belton, SC she was the daughter of the late Elzie Thomas Tinsley and the late Willie Lee Scott Tinsley. She was retired from the J.P. Stevens Plant, in Clemson, SC. Following a career in textiles, Mary became a caregiver to several families in the Anderson area. She was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her children; son, Tony Reese LeCroy and his wife, Janice of Anderson, SC; daughter, Juanita L. Gambrell and her husband, Dale of Greenwood, SC; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry Thomas LeCroy; daughter, Vickie Ann LeCroy; sister, Jewel Tinsley Bailey. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at their respective homes. The family wishes to thank all the volunteers of Meals on Wheels for the care and love shown to Mary.
