Mary Louise Cochran Bramlett, age 91, of Anderson, SC, passed away August 8, 2021. Born March 13, 1930, in Madison County, GA, she was the daughter of the late James Luther Cochran and Carrie Belle Murphy Cochran. She was the widow of William "Bill" Bramlett. Mary owned a reflexology business for many years in the Anderson area and was a former commander for the Disabled American Veterans. Mary was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church where she served in the Fellowship Committee, the Ruth Sunday School Class, the Triple L group, and other various work at the church. She is survived by her brother, Charles Winfred Cochran (Margaret) of Anderson, SC; special nieces, Wilma Gosnell (Gene), Sara Barfield (Bill), and Mary "Cookie" Drake (Jim); and numerous other nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 9 siblings. The family will receive friends Friday, August 20, 2021, from 10:00-11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am with Rev. Tom Owen officiating. Burial will follow at Old Silver Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran Hospice, 429 N.
