Mary Sue Guest McKee, 86, of Anderson, SC, went to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House. Born August 26, 1934 in Pelzer, SC, she was the daughter of the late Leo Guest and Carrie McCoy Guest. She was married to the late James A. McKee. Sue was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Caring Hearts Club. She is survived by her daughters, Lynn Butler (Lewis) and Cindy Wilson (Doug) both of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Michelle Eskew (Mark) and Amanda Couch; great-grandchild, Jaime Couch; brother-in-law, Alton Campbell of Greenwood, SC; and sisters-in-law, Betty Guest of Belton, SC and Evelyn Allred (Bill) of Greenwood, SC. Sue will be remembered for her love of family, friends and church, but most of all her love for her Lord Jesus. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Guest and sister, Mae Frix. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 15, 2020, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020, at 1:00 pm in The Courtyard of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Taylor officiating.
