Mary Dill Porterfield Iva, SC Mary Christine Dill Porterfield, age 87, passed away March 9, 2015. Born in Anderson, SC, on August 2, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Reverend T.E. Dill and the late Rosa Emnickle Dill. She was self-employed as a piano teacher for many years. Mary was a member of Homeland Park Baptist Church. She is survived by her sister, Lois Cammaroto; a sister-in-law, Nancy K. Crowe and her husband Robert; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Porterfield; and two half-sisters, Nell Shealey and Ollie Dillard. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
