Scott, died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at her residence, 202 Whitehall Road.Born in Kingsport, TN on October 31, 1929, Mrs. Scott was a daughter of the late Clay Bowman and Bessie Irene Pressley Bowman. She retired from Owens Corning Fiberglas and was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple where she was faithful to the Women's Prayer Group.Survivors include her daughter, Alice C. 'Mickey' Feltman and her husband, James E. Feltman; stepchildren, Sara Harris, Evelyn Owens, Bobby Scott and Mary Sue Harrison; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, all of Anderson.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Ledford, son, Billy Bishop, step-sons, Buddy Scott and Billy Ray Scott; great-grandchildren, Jerry Lee Todd and Lauren Madison Feltman, and a sister, Ann Weatherford.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Sam Duncan.
