Mary Frances Nation Taylor, age 86, of Iva, SC, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born July 31, 1934 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Walter B. Nation and Lonie Mae Sargent Nation. She was married to William Bryson Taylor until his death in 1995. Mary spent her career in the textile industry and loved crossword puzzles, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons, William Taylor and Timothy Taylor; grandchildren, Timothy A. Taylor (Stephanie), Tabitha Farmer (Scott), Ashley Taylor, Emma Taylor, and Brooke Taylor; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack and Bud Nation; and sister, Pat Williamson. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jim and Leroy Nation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
