MARY TODD January 1, 1916 - June 19, 2008STARR, SCMrs. Mary Elizabeth Taylor Todd, age 92, formerly of Starr, SC, wife of the late Ralph Todd, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Hartwell Health Care in Hartwell, GA.Born in Anderson County, SC on January 1, 1916, Mrs. Todd was a daughter of the late F. Pierce Taylor and Lottie Loftis Taylor. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and a homemaker.Survivors include her sons, Monte A. Todd and his wife, Ouita of Anderson and Roger Todd and his wife, Pat of Belton; daughters, Rosemary Bowie of Morristown, TN and Beth Dunbar of Lexington, SC; three grandchildren raised in the home; Elizabeth Brown, Joan Ford and Michael Todd; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Ralph Todd Jr., and Allen Todd; sisters, Ellen Simpson; Florie Simpson and Johnnie Taylor and a brother, Larry Taylor.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Glenn Taylor.
