MARYROSE BASS April 29, 1932 - June 4, 2013 ANDERSON, SC MaryRose Belrose Bass, age 81, passed away on Tuesday June 4, 2013, at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Pawtucket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Clovis Belrose and the late Celia Fountaine Belrose. She graduated from Cumberland High School in Cumberland RI and later moved to Spartanburg for 20 years before moving to Seneca. She was formerly a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet reserve in Seneca. MaryRose was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and formerly a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Seneca. She is survived by her husband, James Robert Bass of the home; a son, James "Rob" Bass II; a daughter, Valerie Hayden and her husband Bill; and two sisters, Pauline Wojtonwiski and Teresa Weddell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Belrose. The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 12:00 PM at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Father Ignatius Smith, OFM officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM at The McDougald Funeral Home.
