Maude Spearman Anderson, SC Maude Watkins Gilstrap Spearman, age 82, of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Born in Pickens, SC, on September 23, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John Druce Gilstrap and the late Melvania Gilstrap. She was married to Bobby Spearman, who died in 1991. She is survived by her two sons, Ricky Spearman and Dwayne Spearman, (Sherry), all of Anderson, SC; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Sam Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at South Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, prior to the service on Saturday, at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church, 6116 SC 81, Starr, SC 29684.
