Maudie Nichols, better known as 'Grammy' to all who knew and loved her, passed away surrounded by her family on April 6, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband John Nichols Sr., her son John Nichols Jr., and grandson David Adam Graley. She was survived by her children Vickie, Larry (Kathy), Bradley, Cassie (Tim) and Kyle; her grandchildren Shelly (Jon), Heather, Crystal (Sean Sr.), Drema, Cory (Laf) and her great grandchildren Sean Jr., Diamond, JJ, Dominic, Darien, AJ, LJ, Ryan, Danger and DeShawn. Grammy lived every moment of her 79 years for her family. She was 'Grammy' not just to her immediate family, but to friends, neighbors and co-workers as well. Although she will be deeply missed, we can rejoice in knowing that we will be together again, and that our tears today will water the garden of her memory tomorrow.
