Melissa Ann Greene Clark, age 53, of Anderson, SC, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born July 15, 1968, in Anderson, she was the daughter of Martin Greene and Renee Suzanne Bouthellier Lindler. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her stepfather, William Ray Lindler of Chapin, SC; brothers, Gregory William Lindler (Carlee) of Redbank, SC, Travis Greene of Anderson, SC, and Wesley Greene of Anderson, SC; sisters, Michele Jones of Honea Path, SC, and Robin Greene of Anderson, SC; nephews, Justin Fields (Elizabeth), Corey Fields, Shannon Jones, Jr., Skyler Jones, Nicholas Jones, and Jayden, Jones; nieces, Brianna Jones and Everlee Lindler; great nephew, Nolan Fields; great nieces, Brooke Fields and Ellie Fields; and boyfriend, Roger Herndon. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eleanor and Ed Ockerman, Mae Welborn, and Blanche Lindler; and brother-in-law, Shannon Jones. The family will receive friends Friday, September 24, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Greene officiating.
