'Buddy' Wall, age 75, formerly a resident of 102 Bryson Road, and widower of Katherine Howell Wall died on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at the AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Anderson, SC on March 25, 1932 he was a son of the late Nesbert L. 'Ned' Wall and Eunie Martin Wall. He was retired from Gerrick Milliken Industries after twenty-nine years of service. Mr. Wall was also a member of Varennes Heights Baptist Church. Mr. Wall was a resident of Willow Creek Living Center in Iva where was loved and cared for by many. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Staff of Willow Creek Living Center.Mr. Wall is survived by his twin brother, Melvin L. Wall and his wife, Wilma G. Wall; a sister, Mildred Wall Weber, all of Anderson, SC; his step daughters: Betty Dickson and her husband, Bobby Dickson, and Margaret Lewis, all of Anderson, SC; ten step grandchildren, eighteen step great-grandchildren, and three step great-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Wall Hawkins; a step daughter, Carol McConnell Eubanks; six step grandchildren; two brother-in-laws: Ray A. Hawkins and Dr. Joseph R. Weber; and a step son-in-law, Ansel Lewis.The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 16, 2007 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Kirk Mitchell and the Reverend Sam Chastain officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC.
