Calhoun Hayes. He was the manager of Kentucky Fried Chicken and had worked for the KFC Corporation for over twelve years. He was a longtime volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association and was of the Church of God Faith.In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Brandon Hayes Stewart; brothers, Richard Hayes and his wife, Loretta, Edgar Hayes, Tony Hayes and Roy C. Hayes; sisters, Virginia Hayes and Juanita Hayes Saxon; one god-son, Dennis Stone all of Anderson; twenty-one nieces and nephews and many beloved friends. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will be at the home of his brother, Tony Hayes, 485 Creamer Road, Anderson and will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.Flowers are optional.
