Melvin Scott Lee, age 59, of Iva, SC, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Rainey Hospice House. Born June 9, 1962, in Anderson, SC, he is the son of Melvin Randall Lee and Dorothy "Dottie" B. Lee. Melvin worked as a Master Mechanic at Lee's Marine where he later retired. He is survived by his wife, Terese Bailey Lee; son, Jared Lee of Athens, GA; daughter, Bailee Lee Black (Sean) of Duncan, SC; and sisters, Lonita Lee and Julie Lee both of Anderson, SC. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Willie Mae Lee, and Troy and Delia Bryant. There are no services planned at this time.
