He was an 8th grade student at Summer of God Christian School and was a member of Independent Slavic Pentecostal Church.Survivors include his parents of the home; brothers, Jonathan Athens of the home, Scott Athens of Belton and Peter Athens of the home; sisters, Megan Durgan of Starr, Ann Athens, Lauralee Athens, Holly Athens, Bess Athens and Sharon Athens, all of the home.The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 11:00 am at Summer of God Slavic Evangelical Church, 2502 E.
