**Palmetto Mortuary in Greenville is handling the arrangements for Mr. Brown**

Michael "Mickey" Grier Brown, age 70, completed his life on this earth on May 21, 2025 and is now in eternal rest with the Lord Jesus Christ. He passed away surrounded by the love of his family; wife, Theresa G. Brown of Greenville, SC; sons, Kevin Brown of Taylors, SC and Kyle Brown (Kate) of Greer, SC. His children were his greatest joy.

He is survived by his mother, Jackie G. Brown of Iva, SC; sister, Karen Gentry (Wayne) of Iva, SC; and his brother, Stan Brown (Susan) of Iva, SC.

He is preceded in death by his father, Grier Brown.

He was loved by his brother-in-law, Bruce Gentry (Patty) of Palm Harbor, FL; his sister-in-law, Marsha Ankrom (Jerry) of Safety Harbor, FL; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He graduated from Clemson University and spent 26 years in the textile industry. He enjoyed Clemson Sports, NY Yankees Baseball, and singing at church and with his family. He had a kind heart and will be remembered for his easy-going nature.

The family will host memorial services at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2310 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29605 with visitation immediately following in the Atrium.
