Michael Ferguson, age 51, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Louisville, KY on December 29, 1965, he was the son of Deanna Gadlage Hart and her husband Dewey Hart. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp for 4 years. He was a maintenance manager for Southeastern Paper Board. Michael was a member of Hope Fellowship Church in Anderson, SC. In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by his loving wife, Cheri Swindle Ferguson; four children, Tristan Ferguson, Cody Burke, and Caleb Burke, all of Anderson, SC and Lyndsey Burke, of Deland, FL; and a brother, Allen Ferguson, of Corydon, IN. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veteran's Cemetery with military honors. Mr. Travis Watson and Mr. Mark Gasque will be officiating.
