Michael Jeffery Moorhead, 66, of Greenwood, SC, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, while under Hospice care, at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida. Born March 13, 1957, in South Ruislip, England, Michael was a son of the late Charles W. Moorhead, Sr. and the late June Scarborough Moorhead. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles W. Moorhead, Jr. Michael is a graduate of Woodbridge High School, Woodbridge, VA. He worked most of his life as a bricklayer. Michael was an avid NASCAR fan and his favorite race car driver was Dale Earnhardt, Sr. He is survived by his brothers, Robert E. Moorhead (Jean) of Flint, TX, and Mark W. Moorhead of Greenwood, SC; sisters, Susan D. Collier (Wade) of Jacksonville, FL, Tammy C. Wilson (Rusty) of Enid, OK, and Julie B. Moorhead of Jacksonville, FL.
