MILDRED CAUSEY March 20, 1920 - March 24, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Mildred Meadows Causey, age 93, of 115 Bronco Drive, Anderson, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Hemlock, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harold Meadows and the late Olive Nicholas Meadows. Mildred retired as a manager of White Jones Hardware. She was a former member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church and a current member of Covenant Baptist Church. Her passion was giving to others, especially the shut-ins of the church, by quilting and other hand-made gifts. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, being predeceased by all of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Terri Anderson; three grandchildren, Lindsey Anderson Twitty, Ala Anderson Chappelear and Joshua Ray Anderson; and five great-grandchildren, Mycah, Sienna, Jackson, Hampton and Kiera. In addition to her parents and her brothers and sisters, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Causey. The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Silvey officiating. Interment will follow at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at the home of her daughter, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
