Wilson Gregory, age 92, of 1501 East Greenville Street, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2009, at NHC Healthcare of Anderson.Born in Greer, SC on January 19, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Stanyarne Varice Wilson and Marian Lois Wilson. She was a graduate of Montreat College and was a retired Educator. Mrs. Gregory was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church.Survivors include her granddaughter, Juliana Byron Gregory; her grandson, Wesley W. Gregory, III, and wife, Deverse; and two great grandchildren: Wesley Wright Gregory, IV, and William David Gregory; brother, S.V. Wilson of Greenville; sisters, Sybil Hulton of New York, and Patricia Ann Wilson of Raleigh, NC.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wesley Wright Gregory, Sr., and her son, Wesley Wright Gregory, Jr.The Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday, April 6, 2009, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, conducted by the Reverend Dr. William R. Childs.
