Minnie Belle Duvall, age 77, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born October 31, 1943, in Oconee County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Albert Monroe Myers and Lola Mae Morris Myers. She was the widow of Jimmy Steele Duvall, Sr. Minnie was of the Church of God faith. She is survived by her sons, Carl Lee Duvall (Teresa) of Belton, Talmadge Lamar Duvall of Anderson, Charles M. Duvall of Anderson, and Jimmy Steele Duvall, Jr. of Anderson; daughters, Brenda Leontuk (Mike) of Anderson, Linda Driggers (Chris) of Anderson, and Debra Jean Cape of Abbeville; brothers, Eugene Myers (Mary) of Anderson and Raymond Myers of FL; sister, Dorothy George of Seneca; 22 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Butch, Bobby Joe, and David Monroe Duvall; brothers, Otis, Walt, Troy, William, and Robert Myers; sisters, Juanita Causey and Velma Page; and son-in-law, Franklin Cape. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 4, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Greenwood. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital, 950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC 29605.
