MINNIE B.VANADORE April 7, 1914 - February 11, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Minnie Beatrice Childers Vanadore, age 91 of 2001 Linda Drive, Anderson, SC, wife of the late Claude Vanadore, died Saturday, February 11, 2006 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in York County, SC on April 7, 1914, Mrs. Vanadore was a daughter of the late Reverend John Childers and Essie McSwain Childers. She was retired from Southside Mill and was a member of High Praises Church.Survivors include her son, Gene Camp of Goldsboro, NC; her daughter, Regina McClam of Anderson, SC; two brothers, Frank Childers and Floyd I. 'Ike' Childers, both of Anderson, SC; a sister, Judy Childers of Anderson, SC; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond, J. B., Coley and Jake Childers and two sisters, Nellie Bishop and Lillian Wallace. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home by Rev. Chris Sustar, Rev. Dr. Roger Childers and Rev. John Childers. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC.The family received friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 12, 2006 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
