Main Street Anderson, SC 29621OBITUARY Miriam 'Mickie' Jeannette McCullough February 16, 1935 - March 30, 2006IVA, SCMiriam 'Mickie' Jeannette McCullough, 71, wife of the late Max Alexander McCullough of 118 McCullough Drive, died surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at AnMed Health Medical Center.Born on February 16, 1935, in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late James Samuel Walker and the late Annie Frances Stastny Walker. She was a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, daughter and friend.Mickie graduated from Anderson Girls High School. She retired from Iva Manufacturing and attended Union Baptist Church in Iva, where she was a member of the Margaret Simpson Sunday School Class.Her survivors include two sons, Gary Mark McCullough and his wife, Janice Norwood McCullough of Iva, Chris Timothy McCullough and his wife, Andrea Pruitt McCullough of Anderson; grandchildren, Garrett Max McCullough, John Matthew Pruitt both of Iva and Krysta McCullough of Anderson; great-grandchildren, Austin Dakota Pruitt and Cailee Breanna Pruitt, both of Iva; sisters, Frances Walker Brown and Sara Walker Madden, both of Anderson, Sandra Walker McCullough of Antreville; mother-in-law, Kathleen Wiles McCullough of Iva. She is also survived by five nieces and nine nephews, as well as two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.She was preceded in death by a three-day-old son, Gary Max McCullough of Iva and her brother, James Samuel Walker, Jr., of Cayce. One infant nephew, as well as two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law also preceded her in death.Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Union Baptist Church in Iva officiated by the Rev. Ronnie Powell and Dr. Martin Wiles. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She will be placed in the church at 1:30 pm on Sunday. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, April 1, 2006 from 6-8:30 pm.
