(Bill) and Olethia Clinkscales, died September 1, 2009.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Bill Clinkscales, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Jackie C. Foster; brother, Sonny Clinkscales; sister, Julia C. DeVore; nieces: Eugenia Lunsford, Jacquline Ashley, Terri Clinkscales, and Laurie Jordan; nephews: Bobby Foster, Eddie Foster, William Clinkscales III, Chris DeVore, and Joe DeVore.Miss Clinkscales was a graduate of Honea Path High School and Erskine College. Her entire working career was spent with the S.C. Department of Social Services. After retirement, she continued to be active in caring and giving to other people. Her life touched so many young and old alike.
