She was a graduate of Lowndesville High School and retired from Scotts Manufacturing Company. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple. She is survived by her husband, Walter L. Latham; son, Donald Latham and his wife, Debbie of Gaston, SC; daughters, Alma Kilgore and her husband, Orr of Iva, SC, Faye O'Dell and her husband, Terry of Anderson, SC and Diane Hanks and her husband, Doug of Iva, SC; ten grandchildren, Ray Hanks, a very special granddaughter, Renea Hanks, Susan O'Dell, Cathy Hudgens, Terri An Roberts, Donna Scarborough, Darlene Kilgore, Vicki Clark, Crystal Parker, Tandy Glenn and 17 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by one brother and four sisters.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Randy Fleming and Reverend Sonny White. Interment will follow in Iva City Cemetery.The family will be at the home of her daughter, Alma Kilgore, 105 Mary Street, Iva, SC and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.Flowers are optional.
