Kenneth Rhodes ANDERSON, SC Kenneth Eugene Rhodes, age 75, husband of Sylvia Ann Rhodes, of 120 LaFrance Rd., Anderson, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015, at his residence. Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Jesse Earl and Edith Burdette Rhodes. He was a member of LaFrance Church of God. In addition to his wife, Sylvia, Kenneth is survived by his son, Chris Rhodes (Kathy) of Anderson; his sisters, Virgie South of Anderson, Joyce Bowers of Mountain Rest, SC, Earlie Hart of Anderson, and Barbara Stanton of Anderson; and 2 grandsons, Brian and Steven Morton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, J.E., Bruce, and Larry B. Rhodes; and his sister, Bonnie Smith. The funeral service will be held at the chapel of the McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at 2:00 PM with the Reverend Roger Allison and Bishop Scott King officiating. Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM. The family will be at the home of home of his son, 118 LaFrance Rd., Anderson, SC.
