Cecil Spivey Miller died on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Presbyterian Community, Clinton, SC. She was the widow of Marion M. Miller and a former resident of Anderson. She was born January 1, 1915, in Columbus County, NC. A member of the First Presbyterian Church, Anderson, she was a Sunday school teacher, circle leader and held many offices in the church. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Busby (Don) of Abbeville, SC and granddaughter, Emily Ann Wilkerson (Craig) of Hardeeville, SC. The family requests that flowers be omitted, and donations be made to the charity of their choice. A private service will be held at a later date.
