Myrtice Johnson Anderson, SC Myrtice Elizabeth Littlefield Johnson, age 89, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Emeritus @ Anderson Place. Born in Woodruff, SC, on November15, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Littlefield and the late Tabitha Riddle Littlefield. She was a graduate of Cross Anchor High School in Cross Anchor, SC. She worked for Orr Mill for many years and later for Sears and Walmart, where she retired. She was a member of Homeland Park Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Donna Poore and her husband Jackie, Eddie Johnson and his wife Deanna and Shera Ann Turner and her husband Jimmy, all of Anderson, SC; four sisters, Juanita Bogan, Reba Vice, Evelyn Harrison, and Joyce Rhodes; a step-sister, Gippy Hyatt; nine grandchildren, Johnny Shaw, Jackie Poore, Jr., Jennifer Poore, Julie Scott, Ginger Cash, Candice Poore, Kaitlyn Hansen, Kelsey Osborne, and Lee Johnson; and 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Lee Johnson; and a daughter, Marsha Hawkins. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend James Strickland officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Donna, 302 Winfield Drive, and will receive friends at the funeral home, prior to the service on Tuesday, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Homeland Park Baptist Church, 3010 Abbeville Highway, Anderson, SC 29624.
