OBITUARY MRS. NAOMI H. SIMPSONFEBRUARY 6, 1933 - April 21, 2007 ANDERSON, SC Mrs. Naomi H. Simpson, age 74, of 219 Beauregard Avenue passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at her residence. Born on February 6, 1933 in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late Edd and Essie James Howell. She retired from True Temper Manufacturing and was employed by Giles Restaurant and The Meeting Place for over thirty years. Mrs. Simpson was also a member of North Anderson Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by her husband, James Simpson of the home; a son, Roger Dale Simpson and his wife, Gina of Anderson; two grandchildren: Misty Simpson and Rebecca Cabral Simpson; two great grandchildren: Danielle and Blake Cabral; four sisters: Mattie H. Powell, Ruby H. Holbrook, Ruth H. Hanks, and Edna H. Stansell, all of Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Walter L. Howell. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, April 23, 2007 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with the Reverend J. Floyd Stansell, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 22, 2007 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The family is at the residence.
