He was a former employee of Custom Steel and Wood.Survivors include his wife, Janice Whitfield of the home; brothers, Richard Burnette of Anderson, SC, William Davis of Texas and Roy Davis of Central, SC and a sister, Susette 'Sue' Roe of Anderson, SC.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Davis.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home by the Reverend Mark Daniel.
