Nellie Hart Iva, SC Nellie Ruth Hart, affectionately known as "Sis", age 77, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Willis Matthew Hart and the late Carrie Lee Newby Hart. "Sis" was a faithful member of Iva Pentecostal Holiness Church and a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class and the Women's Ministries. She loved her church very much. She is survived by two sisters, Wilma Hart and Joyce Driver (Jackie), of Iva, SC; two nieces, Marie (Spanky Summerall), of Piedmont, SC and Lynne Turner (Tim), of Iva, SC. She is also survived by four great nieces, five great-great nieces, two great nephews and five great-great nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at Iva Pentecostal Holiness Church on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Billy Pinson, Reverend Thomas Hart, Reverend Phillip Hart, and Reverend Paul Hart officiating. Interment will follow at Iva City Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be, Daniel Powell, Spanky Summerall, Glenn Luker, Jamie Cornwell, Samuel Hart, and Bobby Latham. Honorary escorts will be Sergei Turner, Taylor Lewis, and Andrew Powell. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at The McDougald Funeral Home.
