Nellie Jo Strickland, 77, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Born June 1, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Joe J. Sebolt and Ivee Tipton Sebolt. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Seymore (Barry); brothers, Jimmy, Johnny, Billy and Bobby Sebolt; sister, Omie Sturgill; two grandchildren, Byran Seymore (Hope) and Melody Seymore and two great-grandchildren, Hunter Seymore and Weston Galloway. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Ray Strickland. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday, January 8, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday in the chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Mr. Leland Bonds officiating. Burial will follow in MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
