Born in Anderson, SC was the daughter of Willie Ronald Cartee of Aiken, SC and Debra Lynn Campbell Banister and David Banister of Starr, SC. She was a homemaker and a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Kinsley Ella Tierney of Greenville, SC; brother, Tyler Cartee of Pendleton, SC; maternal grandparents, William L. and Betty B. Campbell of Anderson, SC; maternal grandmother, Thelma Y. Campbell of Abbeville; grandparents, Gerald and Carolyn Banister of Starr, SC; and special friends, Margie Rholetter and Rita Davis of the home. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Robbie Garrett officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens .
