CainJuly 30, 1919 - October 23, 2008ANDERSON, SC Mrs. Nina Lee Clark Cain, 89, formerly of Muriel Lane and Highway 24, wife of the late Reeves P. Cain, died Thursday, October 23, 2008 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Doerun, GA, she was a daughter of the late William Cleveland Clark and Dixie Smith Clark. Mrs. Cain was a graduate of Doerun High School and attended Milledgeville Girls College. She retired from textiles and was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Anderson. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Getsinger and husband Johnny; two grandchildren, Darla Nichols and her husband, Randy, Angie Keaton and husband Terry, all of Anderson; five great-grandchildren, Rachel Surovy and her husband, Brian, Caleb and Leah Keaton, Sarah and Josh Neal; a brother Kenneth Clark and wife Marsine of Macclenny, FL. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dr. Robert Clark and two sisters, Rachel Martin and Anne Jordan. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, October 25,2008 at 3:30 pm officiated by the Reverend T. W. McGuffin. Burial will follow in New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm. The family will be at the home of her daughter, 1400 Forest Lane, Anderson, SC. Flowers are optional.
