She was born in Belton, SC on October 19, 1911 to the late Andy and Martha Elizabeth Smith Hannah. Ola was preceded in death by her husband, James Denver Brown; four brothers and three sisters.She is survived by three sons, Reverend Jimmy D. Brown and his wife Nancy of Charlotte, NC, John A. Brown, and his wife, Iris of Winston-Salem, NC, and Joe H. Brown and his wife, Karen of Lewisville, NC; twelve grandchildren, Suzanne Minton, Catherine Brown, Nancy Lee Roberts, David Roberts, Jean Martinson, David Brown, Lisa Pruitt, Angela Brown, Joe Brown, Michael Brown, Joey Hilton and Jami White and 14 great-grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 4, 2006 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Silverbrook Cemetery in Anderson, SC.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 4, 2006.
