Ola B Daniels Coombs, age 94, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Morningside of Anderson. Born May 20, 1927, in Goldsboro, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Daniels and Minnie O. Parks Daniels. Ola spent her career as a medical secretary and enjoyed farming and quilting. She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Robert E. Coombs; son, Edward Darrell Coombs (Penny); daughter, Dianna Bevins (Fred); 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Dale Coombs. The family will receive friends Friday, August 20, 2021, from 2:00-3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3:30 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Weldon Gosnell officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
