Olin Parham, Jr., age 63, of Starr, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at his home.

Born July 14, 1961, in Anderson, SC, he was a son of the late Olin Parham, Sr. and Marlene Goodwin English. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Barry Gene Parham and Gary Leo Parham; niece, Tonya Ashworth; nephew Weaver Alvin Brown; sister-in-law, Tammy Parham; and brothers-in-law, Tony Ashworth and Douglas Timms.

He loved doing lawnmower repair, politics and his family.

He is survived by his brother, James David Parham of Travelers Rest; sisters, Nancy Ashworth of Starr, Teresa Darlene Ashworth of Anderson, and Karen Parham of Lexington; and several nieces and nephews that he so dearly loved.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 12:30-1:45 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm in the Chapel with Helen Sutherland officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at their respective homes.
